The luxurious protein powder One Whey contains whey proteinhydroisolat, whey protein isolat, whey concentrate and whole milk protein. Around Europe it is appreciated for both its quality and taste. The supplement consists of full -fledged protein with high biological value and contains all essential amino acids (EAA) and branched amino acids (BCAA), which is needed for you to recover effectively after your training session.
When exercising, the muscles are broken down, so the supply of high quality protein is required for you to recover and become stronger. Regardless of the goal in your training, protein will be the most important ingredient for you to reach your training results. One Whey is an excellent source of protein to easily and quickly increase the amount of protein in your diet.
Take a lightly raw bucket ~ 40 g (scoop included) three times daily. A portion is taken immediately after exercise. Mix with 2-3 dl of water in a glass or shaker. Take less water for creamy milkshake-like texture or more water for a lightly drunk shake.
(The bucket can sink to the bottom during transport!)
